11月15日，由北京恒华伟业科技股份有限公司（恒华科技）和陕西铁路工程职业技术学院（陕铁院）联合举办的工程项目管理培训班正式开班。来自菲律宾国家铁路局（PNR）的学员们参加此次培训。在开班仪式上，陕铁院王津院长和恒华科技副总裁陈显龙分别对学院和企业进行简要介绍，并为培训活动致辞。两位领导均表达了对菲律宾学员的热烈欢迎，鼓励学员们认真学习、充分体验，学有所得。来自菲律宾的学员代表表示，非常高兴能来华参加培训，希望通过培训能了解到中国在轨道交通领域的先进技术和管理技能，并能应用于未来的工作中。

The construction project management training course jointly organized by Beijing Forever Technology Co., Ltd. (Forever Technology) and Shaanxi Railway Institute was officially opened on 15 November, 2019. Trainees from the Philippine National Railways (PNR) attended the training. At the opening ceremony, Wang Jin, president of Shaanxi Railway Institute, and Chen Xianlong, vice president of Forever Technology, gave the brief introduction to the institute and the company respectively and delivered speeches for the training activities. The two leaders expressed a warm welcome to the trainees and encouraged them to study hard, fully experience and obtain knowledge from the learning. The representative of the trainees from the Philippines said that she was very pleased to attend the training in China and hoped that she could learn about China’s advanced technologies and management skills in the field of rail transit during the training and apply them to her position development in the future.
